If you want an agent who works for you and only you and has your best (financial) interests at heart, Zoltan is your man. After our property had been listed for 8 months with another 'agent' - and I use the term loosely here - we turned to Zoltan who managed to sell our property within five weeks for a price we were delighted with, even in a declining market. Zoltan is a born salesman who knows the market and, even more importantly, what makes buyers tick. Apart from that, he is also a genuinely nice guy. Living overseas, we always had to negotiate a 10-12 hour time difference.
