Originally from Chile, I met and married my Kiwi husband Tim and we have two beautiful children, Antonella and Max. We settled initially in the Eastern Bays before moving to Waiuku seven years ago. As far as I’m concerned, Waiuku and the Franklin area have everything a family could want. It’s close to Auckland but away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Beautiful Kariotahi beach, the Waiuku forest and the Awhitu peninsula are just minutes away. I speak Spanish as well as English and I just love meeting new people. Lovely lady to work with..

I had the pleasure of working with Maria when she marketed my recently sold home. I actually first met her at another open home i had attended. I told her what i was looking for , but i just never found "the one". i told her straight that i would NOT BE SELLING, unless i found somewhere i liked, and ticked all the boxes, and was not going to be pushed into anything. I had already seen something i liked , but thought it was to far out of town.. i then made up my mind to go for it, again through ray white, but a different agent. so then it was all go. my house went on trade me, billboard went up, and sold fairly quickly. which meant i could get my dream house, that ticked all my boxes. We often had a few giggles in our conversations at my house when she came to present different offers. Lovely lady.
