Our first time buying at Auction and John helped us a lot through the process. He even when out of way to help us communicate more clearly with the vendor on site after the auction to make the final arrangements. However, he should be awarded salesperson of the year for his negotiation skill, when the Auction stalled, he talked to the Vendor into including in the sale 8 chickens and a cow. This was the clincher for my family, and we bought the property. I think it is the first time the Auctioneer has sold livestock along with a property and it was all done in good humour.

This is the second house Jono has sold for us. He went the extra mile on this one sorting stuff to make the sale proceed. Highly recommended
