Kaye was warm, friendly and professional with excellent local knowledge. She made the process easy and stress free with added value in styling and accessories to achieve beautiful images. She has been a pleasure to work with.

Kaye really went above and beyond for us, we had moved back to Wellington and we had a pool on the property. Kaye would go to over every three days to clean and dose the pool for us. She did this for several months until the house was sold. On top of that she arranged to have the lawns mowed, for a cleaner, locksmith and an electrician to come in to do the work that needed doing at really reasonable rates. I know I’ve already said this but Kaye honestly did go above and beyond for us and I was very hard and irrational to deal with at times but she was alway patient and I am grateful to her for all she did to push the sale through. Kaye was such a help with choosing my new house. She organised and came with me to my viewings, and it was great having her up-to-date knowledge of the market as well as homes in general to support and inform my impressions of the houses. She highlighted things I hadn’t picked up on that she knew I wouldn’t like since she took the time to understand what I was really wanting. When it came to settling on my new home we talked at length about what I was comfortable in terms of an offer and conditions, and was on call -even throughout Easter weekend! As well as all the prior long discussions, she went back and forth negotiating the purchase agreement with me, and not once made me feel that I was being a hassle on a holiday. I’ve not used an agent for a purchase before, but it made a huge difference to the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to ask her to help me again next time.

Kaye was absolutely brilliant start to finish. She was totally hands on and we loved the fact she took the time to really talk through expectations (which she greatly exceeded) and what we could do to make the house the most appealing to buyers across the board -she even came through and did staging for the photos! Talk about going above and beyond! As our sale was due to a difficult personal situation, it was such a relief to have her take charge and organise all the necessary work to get the house ready to sell. Kaye has a team of contractors, cleaners -you name it- all on speed dial, and booked it all for us. All we had to do was to remember the time to be there to let them in. It took all the mental load and stress off, and gave us the ability to focus on other aspects of moving, knowing that those jobs on the list were completely taken care of. Kaye was the total package and will be your greatest asset if you choose her as your agent.

We really enjoyed working with Kaye in the sale of our home. She has successfully sold for us before and we didn’t hesitate in approaching her to help us on this occasion. Her advice and involvement for presenting the house for sale was really helpful and we were proud of the house when it went to market. I chose her as my agent when selling my property and found that my initial gut instincts had been right all along.
