12 Months ago I met Simone, she did an appraisal on my property after taking me through a handful of houses I requested to view. After meeting with Simone and getting a clear understanding of the process to list, market activity and where my home sits within this. I listed on the market. Nothing was overwhelming or rushed I had a thorough understanding each step of the way and confidence with each decision made (it felt less daunting than expected). Throughout this period my Grandma also listed her property with Simone which sold within two weeks. Simone then sold us both our future homes which we are delighted with. After the introduction and first Open Home , Hannah Digby was the main agent we dealt with for 80% of the promotion. Hannah worked very hard dealing with one off inspections along with the open homes, it was a pleasurer working with Her. Diana made some appearances and did work in the back ground dealing with the purchaser. I found it very odd that we engaged with Diana at first but then were handed off to Hannah for most of the sales period. Not How would of gone about doing business.

We recently listed our property with Scott McElhinney and team with Barfoot & Thompson - Pukekohe for an auction campaign. Scott and the team presented an outstanding campaign. Amidst our brief yet intense journey towards attaining our first home, we came across many potential homes and by extension, the real estate agents entrusted with putting them on the market. Diana is easily the most memorable agent we have met so far.
