Jeremy was an associate sales agent who was relaxed, efficient with good feedback.

Jeremy assisted Benjamin Neale who had the listing for my house. He ran efficient open homes, very prompt and gave good feedback on potential buyers. He worked well in a team with Benjamin and was always enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with. I was expecting a higher price before I listed however based on the thorough sales program and good feedback on potential buyers the price was fair in a soft market mid 2026. It allowed me to purchase my next property, also for a fair price.

relaxed, efficient and knowledgeable on current market prices and ran an effective sales programme.

Benjamin sold my house and also sold me another property conditional on the sale of my house. He arranged with the vendor a 2 month period where the seller would not sell to another buyer to give me certainty of buying the new property if I put my house up for auction. He ran a 4 seek auction period in a quiet market mid 2026. It did not sell at auction. Benjamin and his associate kept the momentum going after the open home and achieved a price which allowed me to buy the new property. He had a good knowledge of recent sales in my area which gave me confidence in accepting the final price. Well organized, relaxed and pleasant to deal with. He negotiated a reduction in price for the new house I purchased. I initially expected more for my house but the price was fair given the current market conditions.

Never gives up!

Shaun is a quietly spoken man who always keeps you at ease even when you freaking out! My home was lovely but the location was difficult. Shaun never gave up in what is a tough market. I will always be grateful. If you want your home sold you wouldn't go wrong with Shaun. He is a great person and a great Real Estate agent! Thanks so much Shaun.
