Benjamin sold my house and also sold me another property conditional on the sale of my house. He arranged with the vendor a 2 month period where the seller would not sell to another buyer to give me certainty of buying the new property if I put my house up for auction. He ran a 4 seek auction period in a quiet market mid 2026. It did not sell at auction. Benjamin and his associate kept the momentum going after the open home and achieved a price which allowed me to buy the new property. He had a good knowledge of recent sales in my area which gave me confidence in accepting the final price. Well organized, relaxed and pleasant to deal with. He negotiated a reduction in price for the new house I purchased. I initially expected more for my house but the price was fair given the current market conditions.
