Clear, calm and easy communicator
Yvonne was instantly personable when I first spoke with her on the phone. Selling a tenanted home from afar adds a lot of stress and Yvonne managed to keep me calm through her clear communication. Knowledgable and clear - I felt at ease throughout the entire sale process.

Jeremy was an associate sales agent who was relaxed, efficient with good feedback.
Jeremy assisted Benjamin Neale who had the listing for my house. He ran efficient open homes, very prompt and gave good feedback on potential buyers. He worked well in a team with Benjamin and was always enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with. I was expecting a higher price before I listed however based on the thorough sales program and good feedback on potential buyers the price was fair in a soft market mid 2026. It allowed me to purchase my next property, also for a fair price.

Benjamin sold my house and also sold me another property conditional on the sale of my house. He arranged with the vendor a 2 month period where the seller would not sell to another buyer to give me certainty of buying the new property if I put my house up for auction. He ran a 4 seek auction period in a quiet market mid 2026. It did not sell at auction. Benjamin and his associate kept the momentum going after the open home and achieved a price which allowed me to buy the new property. He had a good knowledge of recent sales in my area which gave me confidence in accepting the final price. Well organized, relaxed and pleasant to deal with. He negotiated a reduction in price for the new house I purchased. I initially expected more for my house but the price was fair given the current market conditions.

Never gives up!
Shaun is a quietly spoken man who always keeps you at ease even when you freaking out! My home was lovely but the location was difficult. Shaun never gave up in what is a tough market. Thorough, reliable and hard working

Positive, supportive, professional always a pleasure to deal with and always with a smile
My first introduction to the team of Benjamin and Yvonne, was with Benjamin, who then told me he was away overseas for a period ( not a great start for being the elite performer for Ray White for the previous year). However, he assured me I would be in the capable hands of Yvonne, and how right he was. She has been totally professional, always had the pot boiling in the background, and has always had the next prospective purchaser waiting in the wings, ready to step into the breach, at the same time she was in the process of selling her own house in Thames. A pretty impressive performance, when she was entering the apartment market for the first time, and in a market that was plunging. She has always been very positive, supportive, and always with a smile on her face, nothing too difficult for her. During this time she brought us three offers that were acceptable, however, two fell over due to the purchasers dislike of Body Corps and the third went Unconditional yesterday.
