Daniel helped us in buying our first home. From the first meeting, he was awesome. He gave us all the info, answered all of our questions, made time for us and didn't put any pressure on us whatsoever. He's quick to communicate and, most of all, he's honest. He guided us through our first auction and made things feel as easy as possible. His post-auction service has been great too. Constantly keeping us informed of settlement dates and any changes. He's arranged for us to visit the property whenever we want so we can prepare for move in. As first time buyers, we have lots of questions and he's constantly guided us through everything and has been happy to do. He's the complete opposite of other agents out there who are pushy. Yes Jayden and Margaux are consummate professionals Yes they give you good, solid, honest sales advice. Yes you can trust them. Yes they will work really, really hard to sell your property. Yes they will keep you informed. Yes they will make the sales process as stress free as possible. For two months we tried to sell our unit by ourselves. Jayden saw our advert and from time to time rang with sales tips and encouragement. Once we realised we were not going to be able to attract the right buyers we rather cautiously rang Jayden expecting a very hard sell. Nothing like that eventuated. We were immediately comfortable with Jayden and Margaux and liked the way they worked together and treated each other. They charmed us and I am sure they charmed the buyers too.
