We emigrated from NZ and decided to sell our home after a year abroad. Thomas had to work with the existing tenants and property management company to arrange open homes, photos and trades people. He made some great recommendations on how to handle the tenant that kept everyone happy through the process. He went well beyond what I would expect a real estate agent to do, all with the vendors in another country. This was our first house sale and he took us through the process end to end so that we felt comfortable with all aspects of the sale. His evaluation of the home was within the band that we sold for so there were no complaints there, his recommendations were fair within the current market conditions. Despite all this good work before the auction day, I think I really saw his value post auction during the negotiation window.
