Monica prepared a thorough analysis of the current market situation as it affected our property and gave recommendations for marketing that paid off. She gave us helpful advice regarding our Open Home, and diligently followed up on all who showed interest, resulting in a good attendance at the auction and a number of keen buyers bidding against each other. She had also made it clear to prospective buyers that they needed to be cash buyers, with funds available to follow through with the purchase if they were the successful bidder. She kept us up-to-date with interest being shown in the property after it was listed and in the lead-up to the auction. We were very pleased with the outcome; the property sold for more than we expected based on the offers submitted beforehand.
