We had discussions about how I felt Sunny was focused on a quick sale and was advocating more for the buyer than myself the vendor. Hence I am not surprised to see a review from the buyer that indicates Sunny worked hard for them to push the price down, rather then working hard to bring the price up closer to the myself the Vendors expectations. Sunny did not manage to achieve even remotely close to the absolute minimum price Mike Pero themselves valued the property at unfortunately. He is also one of the few agents I have come across that did not have a register of who visited the house despite asking he do this.
