Matt made me part of the planning for our effective marketing campaign. He then calmly soothed our by now pretty upset buyer after a hidden plumbing issue cropped up. Nothing deflated his air of quiet confidence. I needed that because I am far more volatile by nature. This guy stands firm, getting the job done. He even left me a thoughtfully non alcoholic little success basket. A little thing, but it shows the man's class.

Gavin was extremely helpful in getting our property for sale after a bereavement in the family. He had expert knowledge of where we could target our spend to maximise the ability of a sale and some great contacts to utilize to secure these services.
