Matt made me part of the planning for our effective marketing campaign. He then calmly soothed our by now pretty upset buyer after a hidden plumbing issue cropped up. Nothing deflated his air of quiet confidence. I needed that because I am far more volatile by nature. This guy stands firm, getting the job done.
