From our recent experience with Matthew Rayner and his associate Lily as representatives of Sothebys we had an excellent and very informative process of selling our house of 32 years in Diamond Harbour and the successful purchase of a new property in another part of Canterbury. Matthew handled both the sale and purchase of both properties with professional acumen - his willingness to take on a bespoke property and well known dwelling by a renown architect was advertised appropriately with excellent information and photography. The photography deserves a special mention as the images captured the sensitivity of the aesthetic nature of the materials used in the construction methods of the house. Matthew's energy and attention to his clients was 110% - nothing was a problem either by request for viewing times or searching out any relevant documentation to satisfy clients needs. Communication was particularly evidenced in his ability to deal with both a house sale and also a purchase for us at the same time with ease and commitment by achieving two successful outcomes. We liked the follow up that occurred afterwards as Matthew and Lily seemed to take a genuine interest that all parties were happy and satisfied in the nature of peoples adaptation to moving house.
