Joe was our agent who took on the task of selling our property once we had departed. He was excellent working with our property manager while the place was rented, and also able to solve problems with the house and its fixtures that would normally be outside an agent’s duty. Joe is extremely trustworthy, and he thinks strategically while remaining genuine for both buyer and seller, as an agent should be.
