We engaged Emma to sell our new build property in Bryndwr. We opted for an auction campaign and had good numbers through. The demographic ranged but was mostly downsizers. Although the property didn’t sell at auction Emma presented a multi offer within 48 hours. The figures of these were not at a level we were prepared to sell but she worked tirelessly to continue with open homes, gather feedback and we were kept well informed along the way. We have now sold at a level we were happy with and appreciated Emma’s caring and positive nature. She is an experienced agent and knows the market well. We were the buyers for the property Rosa was marketing. As we are downsizing, Rosa was very obliging when we were working out how our furniture would fit, even moving furniture to show us options. When we put in our offer Rosa was very responsive to any questions we had. When we wanted to change the settlement date Rosa worked with us to find a date that worked for us and the vendor. We initially had our house listed with another prominent agent but had no offers. After resting it over winter we started again with Rosa and her team at Sotheby's, hoping to tap into their international connections. Their suggestions on improving the marketing material were excellent and we felt we were in safe hands. While the auction campaign didn't yield any cash offers Rosa reassured us this was just the first step, and soon after found us a conditional buyer. While we waited (months) for them to sell their house (clearly not through Sotheby's), Rosa continued to work hard on our behalf showing our house to prospective buyers and got us another good offer. A nerve-wracking process for us, but Rosa was steady as a rock and 100% accurate in how she thought it would play out.
