The feeling of being so well taken care of means a-lot to me, as a solo parent. Due to Chris and Emma’s exceptional work as well as the high end presentation that Sotheby’s offers, they achieved an excellent sale result at our auction. Sarouen was simply a lifesaver. She inherited our house from another agency, and selling it was never going to be easy. Sarouen not only managed the sale of the house but the house itself - she would often do tasks that were not really expected of her but if it presented the house better, nothing was too difficult. She is an excellent communicator and is very honest but always positive. She is a hard negotiator and genuinely wants what is best for her clients. She understood the mental load I was under with selling the house and took it upon herself to totally manage the property for me so that I didn't have to do a single thing. Most of all, she just cared so much for our circumstances and wanted nothing more than to help us move onto the next chapter. I simply could not have coped without her and if you have her as your agent, you can count yourself very lucky. She will be in your corner. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an agent and if I were to buy or sell again, Sarouen is who I would go to!

Art is an excellent communicator and genuinely cares about his clients. He has good market knowledge and is highly professional. His recommendations were fair and he was focused on our needs. Art was particularly good at ensuring the house was well prepared for the marketing photography and videos, and for the Open Days. He was polite and considerate about when Open Days or Private Viewings were being scheduled. I would highly recommend Art to anyone considering selling their property with Sotheby's.
