Our experience with purchasing our Tawa property was a pleasure by Chris Sakoufakis and his team. They answered all our questions very informatively and quickly. We are grateful for Chris support and helpful guidance throughout and made the process of us making an offer and moving through the sale stages relatively easy. We would be using this team in any future sales or purchases of property in the Wellington region. The only headache was the process for "virtual" buyers, since my husband was working remotely, and my work had restrictions on personal mail. Especially when we had to amend and re-sign the PDFs a couple of times. Therefore, my recommendation is having a better electronic agreements management tool, such as docusign for Lowe & Co.

We were very impressed with Tony and his team. He was very professional and had great industry knowledge, but there was something different about Tony that to me was far more important.....He's honest, doesn't bad mouth other agents, he genuinely cares about his clients, and he isn't high pressure! We had a property in Churton Park to sell, and I wasn't impressed with the usual real estate company in the area (as they had phoned me and bad mouthed Lowe & Co!), so I told Tony he had the job and it was up to him to prove the critics wrong. Well, within 6 days and only one open home, Tony had a good cash offer on the table and called a 24 hour deadline. 24 Hours later he'd pulled in 8 offers, of which one was $175k higher than the original 'good' offer. Within one week he'd sold the house for just on GV, in a market where most houses were still selling 15-20% below GV! Lowe & Co are a great company and Tony Afendoulis is a great man! (Plus he's a Rongotai old boy which is an added bonus!) I highly recommend Tony and Lowe & Co to anyone that's selling their property in the Tawa & Churton Park area... They're Guns!
