Chris was well-informed about the prevailing and changing state of the real estate market (both when we were buying and selling). He has a clear no-nonsense communication style. He is very pro-active in his engagements and has a strong focus on the customer's interests. When buying, he provided comprehensive and easy-access information (e.g. electronic links to an independent building inspector's report. LIM report, and information on local community services). When selling, he explained the timing of the various steps in the process, and followed this information up with further advice when that was asked for (e.g. suggestions about carpet cleaning and repair, interior cleaning, external water blasting). A particularly nice innovation and aid to good communication throughout the process was the establishment of a joint What's App chat group, so that all family members who were involved could see what was going on. I want to say that Sara Samuel was a vital part of Chris's thoroughly professional all-round performance. Chris delivered up-front pro-active engagement, while Sara provided friendly regular communication and timely prompts on all the required activities (e.g. she What's App-ed us to let us know when each site visit was finished.)
