Both Sara and Chris have been great. Very knowledgeable in their perception of the housing market. They knew what they were doing. Had all the people they needed to back them up, like landscape designers, staging people, plumbers, water blaster people, etc. It took a load off our minds so we could concentrate on moving house instead of selling the old house. Chris was very engaged in the process to sell our apartment. He advised us on what he thought would be the appropriate approach for selling our property but also listen and took account of our thoughts as well. He provided regular updates through the sale process and offered suggestion along the way to make sure the property was keep in front of those who had shown an interest as potential buyers. The property took a while to sell due to the very high body corporate fees but Chris remained determined to sell throughout the whole period.
