I initially met Sam at an open home last year. She took the time after the open home to chat with me about the market in the area we were looking in and find out what we were looking for so that she could keep an eye out for properties of interest for us. I really appreciated having a real estate agent working with us on our property hunt, providing sales data for similar properties and providing candid advice. Sam was always easy to contact and quick to follow up on any queries we had. One of the early pieces of advice Sam gave me was never to assume a property was out of our budget. This advice really paid off and we ended up buying our forever family home in our dream location!

We honestly couldn’t rate Sam highly enough. She went above and beyond for us, hosting extra open homes and private viewings to get us the maximum number of offers in a tricky market. Sam is very personable and friendly, but she’s also not afraid to give direct advice when she needs to, in order to get the best results. She is honest and upfront, which isn’t necessarily the norm in the real estate business! It was so clear that she genuinely cared about us and our little whānau, but also that she cared about the buyers of our home, and that gave us real confidence in her, and her advice. Selling a home is inevitably a stressful process, but Sam made it as smooth and stress-free as possible. We particularly appreciated her calm and clear advice, and willingness to test her thinking with her colleagues, when it came to some key decisions around our deadline. We’re not planning on selling again for a very long time (!) but if we were, we would use Sam again in a heartbeat.
