The most welcoming real estate agent we’ve ever met

Fiona was the friendliest real estate agent we have ever met. We had gone to so many open homes looking for our new home and when we met Fiona in Te Atatu she was great. Personable, approachable, professional and honest.

When John came to view our property, he was genuinely excited to sell our home. He was interested in our story and we felt listened to. He had great contacts for staging and photos that followed the same ethos he had and removed another stress from us. He gave us a good insight into the current market we were selling in which gave us a realistic expectation. This open communication flowed to his face to face meetings, phone calls and texts, he was there any time we needed to sound something out or to ask a question. We had to rely heavily on John as we were moving out of Auckland before the house was on the market. John went above and beyond to make sure the sale process was smooth for us and kept us updated after every viewing. During negotiation he was patient and gave perspective which helped us be more decisive. John had a fantastic way of negotiating which delivered great results. We 100% recommend John to you.
