I live a distance from the property, Laura checked the house in bad weather, let me know of any issues and usually sorted them, including replacing a shower cutain at her own cost! She worked well with the tenants meaning they stayed while the property was on the market. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any seller or buyer.
