I have bumped into Tania on a number of occasions over the years and I always knew that I would use Tania to sell my property and as it happened my siblings also decided to use Tania to sell our father's house 😁 Tania has always been kind and courteous and helpful and her shortbread is absolutely superb, thanks Tania. She is a very experienced real estate agent and has been doing this job a very long time 😃 so her knowledge is right up there. She is very professional but has a way of making you feel special and her communication is Top Notch. The worst than expected price referred to below has happened because we decided with a couple of things going on in the house that we would let the house go for less than was desirable this had nothing to do with Tania's ability to get the best price.

Having worked together with both Tania's mother, then her father, I know something of her upbringing by these fine parents. Tania is a result of them and their ethics and morals. Tania really stood out to us from other agents when we'd come across her at various open homes over the years as an agent that really cared about her clients and knew the homes and area that she was selling so naturally we reached out to her to sell our own home and right away we knew we were in safe hands. She took care to get to know us and our property and had all the T's crossed and i's dotted ahead of going to market.
