Robin has been proactive at all times over a number of years on this project. The delays (which have been numerous) have often been shortened because of his interaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Robin to anyone who is considering either selling or buying TTRs.
Robin is a good bloke but the TT requirement and process through Council and others is a nightmare and hugely expensive I can't say anymore.

When asked for a completion date, Robin couldn’t give me one, a bit like a politician avoiding the question. I don’t understand how this guy is still in business. Would recommend trying to find somebody else
