I listed my house in December, I went straight to Theo at HARCOURTS as i had brought my house from him 4 years prior. As a first time buyer I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism, as well aa friendly and relatable. So of course I went back 4 years later to have Theo sell my place! Jane was consistent in sending us properties for sale, all through a period when our house in Whakatane was not on the Market, as she knew that we were interested in eventually shifting to the Mount. This is why we phoned her when our house unexpectently sold, (while not on the market) and we needed to look for an Apartment in the Mount.
