Jane was consistent in sending us properties for sale, all through a period when our house in Whakatane was not on the Market, as she knew that we were interested in eventually shifting to the Mount. This is why we phoned her when our house unexpectently sold, (while not on the market) and we needed to look for an Apartment in the Mount. Mark sold my aunt's house for me after her passing. He was very knowledgeable on the local areas as well as being professional in what he did, he put a lot of effort into open homes, at times running two per weekend. Mark is also a likeable guy and I enjoyed the time that I spent with him. I would recommend him highly.
