Jane was a very good communicator for nearly a year during a difficult market In retrospect we probably started with too high a price so we finished up following the market down. Jane did regular open homes where possible as our apartment was still taking holiday rentals and was very good at keeping in touch with several possible buyers and also the building managers The tragic slip on the mountain took place while the apartment was on the market Jane negotiated with our final buyer and though the price was considerably below the asking price in the circumstances I was happy with the sale. Jane always remained upbeat in a difficult time and brought a satisfactory result

Her honesty is what sets her apart. She was realistic and transparent with us. Nothing was a problem and she was always available to help and give us updates. We felt fully supported and trusted her 100%. It was great to know we could lean on her to help us with big decisions but we always felt fully in control of the decisions.

In a difficult market Jane made contact with everyone who may have had any interest in our property, for what ever reason. Jane obviously had many contacts who she reached out to and always told us their response in a timely manner. the property was on the market for about three weeks but that was enough for a successful result. Jane's advice minimised our stress which was great, she also helped us to have realistic expectations which ultimately was essential. Communication with Jane was frequent and we always felt that we were fully informed.

We first purchased through Jane 17 years ago and have now sold and brought with her again. Jane is an amazing communicator, has superior market knowledge and made us feel involved the whole time while selling. She worked hard and found the buyer for us within 3 weeks.
