Marina was proactive when I posted about wanting an appraisal. Her message was professional and informative. She was honest and had fantastic communication. Even when I said I was considering a private sale she was happy to help appraise my property anyway and at no time did I feel she was pushy for me to list with her. Even though I was overseas for the sale period she kept me informed at every step. She offered incredible advice and market insight to help us make sound decisions. The cherry on top was her managing to sell the house in a record 8 days, and above the market value estimated for our home. She was friendly, kind, and transparent.
