I listed my house in December, I went straight to Theo at HARCOURTS as i had brought my house from him 4 years prior. As a first time buyer I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism, as well aa friendly and relatable. So of course I went back 4 years later to have Theo sell my place! He's has once again done a outstanding professional job! He advised all the best options and ways of marketing and his knowledge is absolutely spot on ! I'm impressed and my place sold for the price i was wanting and Theo made sure I was informed what was going on the whole way. Jane was consistent in sending us properties for sale, all through a period when our house in Whakatane was not on the Market, as she knew that we were interested in eventually shifting to the Mount. This is why we phoned her when our house unexpectently sold, (while not on the market) and we needed to look for an Apartment in the Mount. Found one that ticked all the boxes and Jane negotiated with the owner on a price.Jane was very easy to talk to and went out of her way to help. Well done Jane!!!!
