Theo demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine commitment and drive to achieving the absolute best outcome for us. It was a challenging time to sell a property in a declining housing market, but with Theo’s deep knowledge of the local market, he gave us an honest potential sale price range and although it took us a little while to realise the reality of this potential sale price which was lower than we had hoped, we were very pleased with the outcome and to have the property sold just in time to allow us to go unconditional on our next move.
