Theo sold our previous house for us seven years ago, and he was a deliberate and obvious choice in this transaction. We chose him based on that experience. He and his team (Lawrence and Lily the photographer in this case) were professional, friendly, and intent on providing advice that was realistic and pragmatic in what were difficult selling circumstances. We both appreciated Theo’s honesty about how the trsnsaction would go in the current market, and this was reiterated in our phone or text communications. Lawrence provided a great front line. I worked with Ben Cantley with a property auction as a buyer for the first time. He was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful right throughout the whole process. I liked his forward approach and follow ups and believe this is what made the whole process easier for me as I wasn't sure on timeframes, or processes etc. I went a little over what I felt comfortable with but am ultimately happy with the purchase price as are the sellers who dropped a little to meet the market ( I know them personally). So a good result all around I believe and Ben made this possible.
