Ben exceeded my expectations with his willingness to answer questions. He also arranged an extra 2 viewings, each at short notice and times to suit. He was unavailable on one of the days but immediately asked Theo to step in, and Theo did so willingly. When I asked Ben for a paper copy of data pertaining to the house after purchasing it at auction he volunteered to print it and deliver it. Overall I was impressed by Ben, a professional, positive and very helpful young man.

When the building report, commissioned by us, identified issues with the property, Jane conveyed this to us, in a diplomatic and honest appraisal of our options moving forward. At all times she was positive and sought out a suitable solution that fitted with us.
