Communication lines very good and consistent. When the building report, commissioned by us, identified issues with the property, Jane conveyed this to us, in a diplomatic and honest appraisal of our options moving forward. At all times she was positive and sought out a suitable solution that fitted with us. While we did not achieve the outcome we initially had hoped for, Jane persevered and found a purchaser at a market point we were willing to meet at. We would be more than happy to work with Jane again and would recommend her to others.

Theo sold our previous house for us seven years ago, and he was a deliberate and obvious choice in this transaction. We chose him based on that experience. He and his team (Lawrence and Lily the photographer in this case) were professional, friendly, and intent on providing advice that was realistic and pragmatic in what were difficult selling circumstances. We both appreciated Theo’s honesty about how the trsnsaction would go in the current market, and this was reiterated in our phone or text communications. Lawrence provided a great front line. We recommend Theo and his team to anyone who needs sound and experienced advice. We could not have felt better at the end of a tough process.

I worked with Ben Cantley with a property auction as a buyer for the first time. He was very knowledgeable, approachable and helpful right throughout the whole process. I liked his forward approach and follow ups and believe this is what made the whole process easier for me as I wasn't sure on timeframes, or processes etc. I went a little over what I felt comfortable with but am ultimately happy with the purchase price as are the sellers who dropped a little to meet the market ( I know them personally). So a good result all around I believe and Ben made this possible.
