Nicky was excellent at communicating with us. From when we first decided to put an offer on she helped us through each step of the process. She kept reaching out to us to make sure things were going smoothly for us and even gave us a few solicitors to try which we were extremely grateful for. As someone who was learning a lot about the buying process it was nice to have support and patience from Nicky. Overall our experience with Nicky was great.

Selling our home was a challenging experience particularly in such a difficult market. The process took around six months from start to finish. It wasn't always an easy journey, especially with the start of the Iran/USA war and there were certainly some moments along the way. Throughout the process, Sinead and her team were professional, patient and persistent. They continued to work hard to get the property sold, kept us informed and supported us through the various challenges and opportunities. We appreciated the effort, commitment and professionalism the team showed in getting us across the finish line. Selling a home in this market is not always straightforward and we're grateful they stuck with us and saw it through to the end. Matt caught our hearts from the second we met him. He was not intimidating compared to few others but rather so welcoming to view the house. His fun & vibrant vibe made us love to buy the property even more cause he just know so much not only about the house but the community in it. He is prompt to respond and made sure we got our queries answered without us second guessing. We think his strong asset is his straight forward communication skills. Not only he is knowleadgeable but how he deliver himself with kindness and humility with passion for his craft makes us trust what he say and get the confidence that we need as first home buyers. We dont know how he does it but its really amazing. We hope others would get the chance to experience this kind of treatment from an agent.
