Excellent communication and strategy plan to improve the property value

From the initial property evaluation and value enhancement strategy to the marketing campaign and successful sale, your professionalism and dedication were exceptional throughout the entire process. Agent I dealt with was Chris Ingram whose competence and warmth was extremely valuable to me.
Chris Ingram was extremely knowledgeable and friendly about the whole house buying process.He was quick to get on touch and would always respond promptly to any questions I had. He strongly recommended getting an independent builders report rather than referring to the Vendor’s commissioned report of about a year before settlement. This highlighted to me an excellent degree of integrity, and that he was looking out for the buyer aswell as the seller. When there was a little bit of time tightness and deadlines loomed fir for conditions being satisfied, he expertly helped in liaising between myself and the vendors, which was tricky as one of the trustees was overseas and in a different time zone at the time . All in all I'd strongly recommend Chris and Harcourts in any property transactions.

Nicky knows the local market well(that’s why I chose her) plus she is open and had recommended me three trades along the way to very much help me in the process Which saved me more out going cost’s…full marks Nicky and many thanks for all your help along the way I took all your advice which I think very much paid off as I sold my house in four weeks during some the worst storms New Zealand has suffered in a while !! I could have sold it during the first week had I accepted a lower offer with conditions but I said no and waited for the Auction which ended up offering more so the process worked very well for me Many Thanks Kind Regards, Lindsay Dieckermann

He was great, super helpful, and most importantly, I felt no pressure from him when it came to putting down an offer. Efficient and energetic!!
We loved working with Matt on our first home purchase! Matt was heavily involved in this process with us, and we feel so lucky that we got him as the agent. Even though Matt (and Lou) were working for the seller, we felt like they genuinely cared about us as the buyer. Excellent agent, in a tough market
The current housing market in Lower Hutt is a little tough for sellers at the moment. Lou has been very professional, and kept us updated with everything that was happening through the process, she was always pleasant to deal with and always considered all options to make sure we reached a successful sale.
