Selling a property can be an emotional roll coaster. Chris kept me up to date with the process reports. He seemed well informed of the market and whether it was worthwhile spending some more expenses on the property. The staging was well done. Overall I'm happy with the outcome.

Paul had put us in contact with Chris earlier in the year to help us find the right property as first home buyers. The fantastic communication from Chris made the whole process really easy. He has a plethora of knowledge about the industry and a competitive attitude (in a good way!) which means he’s in it for the buyer and not just the vendor. He was able to work around meeting us last minute for viewings, coming to sign documents after the kids were asleep and taking the time to make sure we had as much information as possible in our decision making process.
