Melissa has worked really hard for us. She spent many hours assisting us do some significant upgrades to our home to make us ready for sale. We invited 4 realestate agents to appraise our home but what stood out about Melissa was her belief in our home and the value it could achieve at sale. She was proved right in this. She communicated frequently and clearly, she followed up potential buyers consistently. We used her expertise to stage our home and the results were excellent. Melissa worked very hard to sell the property. Being out of town ment a long drive to run open homes and private viewings. She had many good ideas on signage, which sold the property, and minor staging. Melissa did an excellent job.
