Nikhil initially arranged for us to view the home on his day off, which we really appreciated. He happily greeted us and gave us a tour before leaving us to look around further - he was happy to answer questions we had, and was easy to chat with - it seemed as though he genuinely enjoyed his role & is naturally a people person. He wasn’t pushy and he didn’t make us feel awkward or uncomfortable by asking us too many questions - like we have experienced with some other agents we have had viewings with. He has kept in touch with us throughout the process as he head toward our settlement date, answering any extra questions that have popped up without any fuss or drama.
