Jo used all communication tools to keep in touch, email, cell and text messages and was timely with all her messaging to us. She is very personable and ensured we (as family members) all had appropriate information to make timely decisions.

This is the 2nd house Jo has sold for me, she is punctual, straight up, tells you how it is never gave me any false hope or information, very professional, so hard working she did everything in her power to help me and made me feel comfortable with everything and explained things that i didnt understand so i could. Selling your home is one of the biggest things you will do in your life and you need someone you can trust fully and Jo Turnbull is that lady ! Cant rate her enough !

I have been really impressed with the work Jo has put into selling our home. My husband has dementia and her knowledge of this and the way she approached him in her banter and sharing of information was quite brilliant. This is the first time I have been involved in selling a property and Jo’s straightforward approach and honesty was just what I needed to feel secure in the action I was taking. The work Jo put into the follow up with the different folk who came to the open homes and those who came at other times was impressive. She gave us both very honest feedback on the potential of interest and people’s intentions which we appreciated. In securing the sale of our home Jo was very thorough and provided the buyers with all the information they needed or access to the answers they wanted. We are writing this review about Jo Turnbull who has been our agent in Milton for almost 10 years. During that time we have brought and sold 2 properties, have had multiple tenants and repairs (minor and major). As we live abroad it would have been almost impossible to have managed the work without Jo’s amazing service.
