Jo used all communication tools to keep in touch, email, cell and text messages and was timely with all her messaging to us. She is very personable and ensured we (as family members) all had appropriate information to make timely decisions.
This is the 2nd house Jo has sold for me, she is punctual, straight up, tells you how it is never gave me any false hope or information, very professional, so hard working she did everything in her power to help me and made me feel comfortable with everything and explained things that i didnt understand so i could. Selling your home is one of the biggest things you will do in your life and you need someone you can trust fully and Jo Turnbull is that lady ! Cant rate her enough !

I have been really impressed with the work Jo has put into selling our home. My husband has dementia and her knowledge of this and the way she approached him in her banter and sharing of information was quite brilliant. We are writing this review about Jo Turnbull who has been our agent in Milton for almost 10 years.
