We’ve really enjoyed our experience with Cowdy. This was our first step into the real estate world and Indi really took us in under her wing and was really patient with us as it took quite a while to find the right place. We really felt like she was engaged on a personal level with us and so professional at the same time She got to know us as a couple and create a great relationship and knew what we were after. There was a lot of backwards n forwards but she stuck with us. The follow up messages and keeping in touch with us really helped us through. On auction day Indi was in our corner and looked out for us which was a great feeling, especially when parts were overwhelming. Nick has sold multiple properties for me now. His market knowledge is second to none, whether it is a new build or an existing home he takes an honest, pragmatic approach right from point of appraisal to settlement. What I like most about Nick is he is a straight shooter. Real estate and its surrounding industry has a lot of unnecessary 'fluff' involved, Nick removes this portion and makes it easy which for someone like me who's business is property. This is a must! We had lived at 2 Heberden Ave some years earlier and fell in love with the location where the sound of the sea was ever present. Due to a series of events we needed to sell the property but did so with heavy hearts. Imagine our delight and trepidation when we saw 2 Heberden Ave was once again on the market! We contacted Cowdy and asked to see the house and were able to meet Tom Rennie almost immediately at the property.
