I had a midcentury Miles Warren townhouse. Nick was the only agent who appraised the house who recognised the value in and market for a house like mine . He had a database of customers who love mid entire and got me a price that was significantly higher than all other appraisals and exceeded my expectations. Also a lovely guy and easy to work with. We’ve really enjoyed our experience with Cowdy. This was our first step into the real estate world and Indi really took us in under her wing and was really patient with us as it took quite a while to find the right place. We really felt like she was engaged on a personal level with us and so professional at the same time She got to know us as a couple and create a great relationship and knew what we were after. There was a lot of backwards n forwards but she stuck with us. The follow up messages and keeping in touch with us really helped us through. On auction day Indi was in our corner and looked out for us which was a great feeling, especially when parts were overwhelming.
