Janice is our property manager for our rental house. She is top-notch, if there is an 6 out of 5 rating, that will be her. She found us great tenants (pays on time, kept the place neat and tidy, no issues whatsoever). She communicates well and updates us with progress. She even offered to liaise fixing issue with property developer. She is very professional, and so easy to deal with. We are so lucky to have her. Highly recommended.

Cowdy Real Estate were amazing to work with on securing a rental property in Christchurch. When I was unable to visit the city due to flight cancelations, they went the extra mile and arranged a virtual viewing so I had an idea of the property before I applied. Since then, they have been professional and easy to work with every step of the way and I look forward to continuing with them as my property managers

Louis instantly recognised as humans and not as potential tenants. He seen 3 boys who were roughly new to getting into housing and he was extremely patient with all of us and made sure everything was correct. He stayed in contact with us and always made sure we were feeling okay! That man deserves a pay rise!

Nicola has been incredible to deal with from the outset. We had viewed another unsuitable property and thought nothing of it, but she remembered us and called us immediately when a property that suited our needs came up. Everything moved swiftly from that point; the viewing, the application and the questions answered. Nicola is a total asset for Cowdy and we are so grateful to her for helping us find the perfect rental; no easy feat with a large dog! The online portal and application process with Cowdy was also seamless and fast. Very happy soon-to-be tenants here.
