For nearly 40 years Cowdys have managed my properties in central Christchurch. They are very professional and communication is flawless and prompt if an issue occurs. They have a huge knowledge of the property and rental market as I can see from their newsletter updates.

Cowdy Real Estate staff made our rental experience incredibly smooth and straightforward. We received an offer and completed the entire application process in a day, which was both efficient and stress-free. Their clear communication make the experience easy for both the landlord and the applicants, ensuring a seamless process.

How Cowdy as a property management makes sure that communication with tenant is done, has been a good experience. I appreciate the newsletters and reminders, but.... My biggest shout out goes to Ruby! She is definitely the best property manager I have come across with. Her approach makes me feel appreciated as a tenant and increases the appreciation towards the work she and Cowdy are doing. It was actually the fact that Cowdy (and Ruby) were managing this property that made me want to see it (and then apply it) even though I was perfectly happy were I was renting earlier. Thank you!

Samantha was knowledgeable and supportive the whole way through the process of renting a property that is suitable for me to rent. Any issues she as been responsive and willing to help every step of the way. Would recommend her to anyone wanting to rent a property.

My partner and I applied for the house, and Olivia Cowdy helped us a lot. Without her, the application could take a very long time.

Samantha is an excellent property manager. She goes above and beyond what I expect of a property manager. I have nothing but good things to say about her.

Hilary has done an excellent job with both our units. It has been a relief to know we can just leave it to her and she will do her best to find us great tenants while expertly coordinating all those last minute tradie jobs that new builds inevitably have. Hilary has excellent attention to detail and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things get done. We would strongly recommend Hilary to anyone looking for a great Property Manager.

Louis has been looking after my rental for a couple of years. Everything runs very smoothly and I barely have to think about it. Very prompt email response. Efficient and friendly.
Cowdy Real Estate
I enjoyed the level of urgency placed on assisting me with my requirements. The contracting process was smooth, professional, quick and easy. Engaging with multiple agents from Cowdy over the last month has a common thread of this professionalism and hospitality. I look forward to being a long term tenant of Cowdy.

I have appreciated the professionalism and knowledge from Cowdy as I rented out a property for the first time. Nicola was proactive during the initial advertising stage, checking the market interest and making adjustments accordingly. Her communication has been great and I am sure the tenants also appreciated her promptness when we came across a minor issue. I have been very satisfied with the management so far.

Initially we had Hilary and then Samantha during our rental term. Both were friendly, kind and amazing agents to deal with. Nothing was a bother, great communication and highly recommend. Thank you!

I rented a house through Cowdy Real Estate, and I was very satisfied with my stay for 5 years. I had a professional home management and instantaneous response to even the smallest things, and I was able to stay very satisfied for the last 5 years. In particular, Gael Robb has always been warm and kind to my family. She is also a wonderful human being. I can tell you that I am the best out of all people. Thank you very much. I want to recommend it to everyone. I will never forget it. Thank you very much for your service.
