Excellent professional advice

The agent every out-of-town vendor needs

Mei successfully sold my apartment in Queenstown (Frankton). As an out-of-town owner, I relied heavily on my agent to manage the details, and Mei delivered on every front. Her communication was prompt and proactive throughout — viewing feedback, buyer interest, and the legal and management follow-ups were all kept up to date without me needing to chase. The negotiation was the standout. Mei read the situation accurately, protected my position, and got the property unconditional at a price above my expectations. Her attention to detail was equally strong: potential risk points such as the car park exchange agreement and the property management termination were flagged early and coordinated cleanly with my solicitor, which prevented issues during settlement. If you're an owner selling a Queenstown property remotely, I would strongly recommend Mei.
