A short campaign and a few unexpected hiccups which he helped navigate that could have been incredibly stressful. He has taken out so much of the stress, helped me find solutions, not only in terms of things like building report ans LIM and he things you would expect from any agent. He has helped with so much more - from options for staging my house, to moving furniture or finding plants. He has also made complicated decisions and planning more simple and digestible. I was nervous about doing an auction but he was incredibly supportive the whole way through. I went from feeling overwhelmed at the thought of it all before putting it on the market, to knowing exactly what would be happening and what I needed to do. I can say that Steve Hanrahan did exceptionally well to sell our house against the odds of the government lowering the threshold of investors being able to sell their house after only two years which flooded the Queenstown market and made it very hard to sell our house but he is a persistent and passionate agent whom doesn’t give up and managed to reach an acceptable agreement with us and buyers after a prolonged effort , I would highly recommend Steve to any potential client . And he was one of only three agents whom actually answered our call straight away when we wished to cell
