The whole selling cycle was a painless experience!

I approached Mel to act for me based on the recommendation of the builder who prepared my Builder's Report and I wasn't disappointed. After our initial chat, Mel provided a clear, comprehensive booklet covering her background, Clark & Co’s processes, local sales comparisons and marketing options. Along with her advice, it helped me confidently decide on the right level of marketing, how to prepare the house and what price I could realistically expect. Mel was always happy to answer my many queries and to pop around or call me whenever that was needed. The feedback provided after each Open Home was interesting and informative. On the deadline day, Mel clearly presented the different offers received with all the necessary information for me to make my decision. The whole experience with Mel was very friendly and pleasant - which I really appreciated as I have had some rather different experiences in the past!! - and I would definitely recommend Mel for both sellers & buyers.
