Angela is the most competent and kind agent I've met

The beginning of my property-selling journey was not easy. The first three agents I met did not seem to be the right fit for me at all. I was feeling quite desperate when I met Angela. But she immediately started working extremely hard and handled every step of the process carefully, one by one. She was always kind, professional, and approachable. This was my first time selling a property, so I did not know much about the process. Angela explained everything clearly and patiently answered all of my beginner’s questions. We also shared many laughs along the way, which made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. In the end, my property was sold unconditionally, and the final price was far better than what other agents had estimated. Angela never gave up and worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible result. I truly believe that meeting Angela when I decided to sell my property was one of the luckiest things that could have happened. I would highly recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent who will sincerely support them through the property-selling process.

I had kept an eye on Glenn Baker and his team for a while as I knew my mothers house would be coming up for sale. Barfoots have been my go to company in the past but this time I knew it would be the Bayleys One Tree Hill office after I watched them market another property in the vicinity. Glenn, Jack and Brittany were a delight to deal with and they accommodated our extra demands and did this with a smile and a positive approach that kept stress levels low. This was complimented by excellent communications from team office support member Jeweline. Excellent full and thorough feedback reports were sent through after each open home which kept us right up to date with prospective buyers. The auction was very well run with sufficient buyers that resulted in a sale price that was very close to our expectations. Considering the extremely tough market conditions at the time this was a welcome relief. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending them to others and will be contacting them for any future real estate requirements. Rob Walton
