Glenn, Brittany and Jack made a great team in the house sales process. Glenn was the primary agent who we interacted with most but Brittany was also highly involved. Glenn was a calm and reassuring voice through the entire process. The marketing and open home process was really well managed and even though the high volume of visits and enquiries didn't result in an auction day sale, Glenn applied his non-digital old school talking to people approach and told another client of his that our house would be perfect for them. They agreed and so we had an offer within a week of the auction. There were a couple of delays that were stressful but Glenn stayed calm and reassuring throughout the process. Glenn also stayed involved after the sale acting as a middleman in some post sales conversations which was greatly appreciated. To wrap up, Glenn and the team made a stressful process a lot less stressful experience than it could have been and at no point did we feel pressured into decisions
