Jos phoned me after the open home and encouraged me to put in an offer even though I wasn't convinced that it would be enough. After getting the ball rolling she handed me over to her partner, Francis who did all of the paperwork etc.

This was never going to be an easy brief. After losing our mother and facing the painful decision to let go of our family home of 65 years, the process felt overwhelming. Between Jos's honesty and rennovation knowledge and her ability to dig up the construction info we needed, we were able to estimate future repairs and renovations. That made us confident enough to make a pre-auction offer, and we're stoked to now start working on this beautiful home!
