Michelle and Paul went out of there way to help when any difficulties that arose. The knowledge that Paul and Michelle supplied on our first meet was informative and certainly had done there homework on the area. From the first time that I met Tammy, she made such a great impression by taking the extra time to fully explain the methods of sale and purchase, as I was looking to complete a sale and purchase process for the first time on my own. She was so empathetic to my lack of knowledge! Then she called me out of the blue to chat about the home I'd looked at, and gave me the courage to make the first step and put an offer together! My experience with Gretchen and her team would have to be the best I have ever experienced. Efficient, knowledgable, communicative, friendly, honest and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that was selling their home. I picked Gretchen from four appraisals that I had sent to me when I was on holiday in Australia. Hers was the only one that showed initiative and expressed the feelings that my home gave me when I first bought it in 2013. She took the time to take her own photos and was the first appraisal I received on the deadline given. All up it was a great experience, resulting in the sale of my property in a difficult market.
